Ryan Fry

Ryan Fry practices primarily in the areas of school law and civil litigation. Ryan received his Bachelor of Arts in History and a Minor in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1998. He received his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2002. Presently, Ryan lives with his family in the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

Through his years of practice, Ryan has gained valuable experience and expertise in the areas of education law representing various school districts and administrators. Ryan has successfully guided these clients through multiple administrative hearings and represented them in jury trials. Ryan has presented for the Missouri Bar and local education organizations in the area of education law. Ryan has also served as a 504 hearing officer in multiple hearings to determine student 504 eligibility.

Ryan has also established himself in the Blue Springs and Eastern Jackson County Community. He has served as Chairman of the Blue Springs Chamber Board of Directors and was a member of the Chamber Board from 2005-2011. Additionally, he has participated as a Board Member of the Blue Springs Economic Development Corporation and the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association Board of Directors. Ryan served as President for the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association in 2016 and has been a member of that Board since 2007. Ryan also recently served on the Eastland Community Foundation Board.

While attending the University of Missouri-Columbia, Ryan earned four letters on the MU Baseball Team. After concluding his career at Mizzou, Ryan spent one summer in the Kansas City Royals organization playing for the Spokane Indians and was inducted into the MU Athletic Hall of Fame in January of 2010
