Annette Marguerite Wallace

Annette Marguerite Wallace practices in the areas of education law, employment law, civil rights, and litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Annette practiced defense and appellate work, including post-conviction work, as well as personal injury. Annette has argued in front of the Missouri Court of Appeals multiple times and advocated in several jury trials. Annette represents Districts in claims filed in Missouri, as well as claims which are pending before various state agencies.

There is a long history of public educators in Annette's family. And prior to going to law school, Annette worked as a teacher in a remote Alaskan Native village where she enjoyed learning about the history and culture of the villagers while showing the students that their unique life experiences already gave them an intuitive understanding of so many school topics. Annette also worked as a software engineer for the B-2 bomber and unmanned helicopter projects.
